Rules for Use of the Site and/or Services

Tenant visiting or consuming services through any digital platform directly or indirectly through any touch points services by ITMINEShereby agrees not to copy, reverse engineer or represent ITMINES in any format until and unless agreed upon

Tenant shall not misrepresent or share information which is incorrect in any form or re-distribute any content published on ITMINES Platform until and unless permitted in writing

Tenant shall not indulge in any activities with an intent to misuse, copy or conduct any action wherein any entities engaged with ITMINES are affected, like

• Infringement of IPR
• providing incorrect information for the services availed
• uploading information or services which can result into financial or any form of loss to any other Tenants on the platform
• share or upload any incorrect / factually incorrect information on any online or offline medium referring to ITMINES resulting in damage in any format
• any content on any medium which is abusive, defamatory, allegation in any form
• breach of privacy of any authorised Tenants or promoters / investors of ITMINES
• Use ITMINES on any medium for personal gains, money laundering, manipulation of any financial services offered
• Indulge in any anti ITMINES activities technical or non-technical covering hacking, security breaches, data breaches, DDoS attack, anti-promotion of ITMINES or its Tenants, promoters and investors
• Tenant will not challenge for any IPR of the platform or technical services provided / accessible through any touch points
• Tenant will not violate any law of land or statutory authorities governing any of the given services provided on ITMINES

Region of Access

Tenant accessing ITMINES Platform and availing or consuming any content / services from any geographical location, Privacy Policy and currently prevailing law of origin of service will be applicable

Modification of Tenant Information

Tenant will have rights to modify their information which ITMINES reserves the rights to maintain the history to handle any for future obligation, dispute or managing the continuity of your services. ITMINES also reserves the rights not to allow change of certain information like primary EmaiID as per internal policies and process

Marketing -

During marketing of its services through various platform, ITMINES will collect various information including your Name, Mobile, Email ID, Address and interest or any other information to contact you in person, on call or email

Disclosure to third parties

Information gathered / captured can be shared to regulatory agencies or any other government bodies as may be required for compliance and legal requirements.

Similarly information will be shared with contracting partner whose services are subscribed, utilized, shown interest in or visited.

You will be redirected to third party website during the course of your digital journey on ITMINES platform for various reasons like payment gateway, Esigning or any purpose as may be required. In such cases, upon redirection, ITMINES platform will not be in control of any actions, data captured and shall not be liable for any information provided therein

In spite of all the necessary precautions and measures adapted as per industry standard, if there is any breach of data thereby resulting in unlawful access to Tenant information, ITMINES Fintech Pvt Ltd, its employees, director, investors, service providers will not be responsible for any legal or financial losses

Amendments/Modifications

ITMINES as a process shall update its Privacy Policy from time to time and Tenants are requested to visit and review the same at regular interval
